I am a Chakra Dancing and Creative meditation therapist and Reiki master.

I sell Reiki blessed crystals, hand made Macrame necklaces , bracelets and beautiful holistic gifts.

You will find me at markets, holistic events and festivals.

What is Chakra Dancing?

Chakra Dancing is a fun heart centred workout for the mind, body and soul.

Chakra Dancing is for everyone and is a great way to move the body, have fun and express yourself. It is a great way to release stress & emotion whilst grounding yourself.

Chakra Dancing balances the 7 main energy centres (Chakras) in the body, stimulating a natural flow of energy.

A workout for everybody from the inside out.

I am a regular seller at the Reiki Rooms Holistic fayres in Mow Cop and the Home Holisitc holistic fayres in Newcastle Under Lyme.

I also regularly sell at the Vegan Festival Market in Newcastle under Lyme and Nantwich.

I have been invited to and have enjoyed offering Chakra Dancing at retreat and wellbeing days.

The necklace pouch is interchangeable so you can wear whichever crystals you need. It can be adjusted to be worn at various lengths.
